Please vote for our brilliant film made with Year 6 pupils at Christ Church Primary School in North Shields – “Hard Times and Petty Crimes”
We aim to bring heritage to life for local school children, using Technologies such as Virtual Reality, Digital Filmmaking and Immersive Sound to fire their imagination.
Working with schools across North Tyneside, we introduce children to local heritage stories. They then get the opportunity to work alongside local experts in the digital world, to create their own content based on these stories.
So, as well as keeping heritage alive, we also open their eyes to the possibility of future careers in the digital field – a burgeoning industry in the North East, where girls in particular are seriously under represented in the workforce.
