A date for your diary!

A FREE talk by Trustee Dave Young about Photographer/Artist Lyd Sawyer will form part of a larger event at The Linskill Centre on Saturday 28th June 2025.

Without spoiling Dave’s talk – Lyddell (“Lyd”) Sawyer (1856 – 1927) was born in North Shields and went on to play a key role in transforming photography into an art form.

The event at The Linskill Centre is FREE and lasts between 10am and 4pm.
