In 2019 we applied for a Venator Bright Ideas Grant of £250 – and we were successful!
Bright ideas will shape the future of our world. That’s why Venator supports projects that inspire learning in the fields of science, technology, engineering and maths across the North East.
Our main focus is ‘Technology’ to attract younger audiences in particular, to “Heritage” – that’s where we got the name Heritology (Heritage + Technology).
The fund is open again – and we have put our application in today!
If we are successful – the public will be asked to vote for the project that they want to see win – the project with the most votes gets £1,000 – another 39 projects will receive £250.
